Life has a way of shifting without warning, and sometimes we find ourselves standing in a place we never expected. After years of routine, comfort, or even struggle, starting over can feel heavy. It can make you question your worth, your strength, and your direction.

But here’s what I’m learning: starting over is not a setback — it’s a spiritual step forward.

God doesn’t ask us to restart because we’re inadequate. He leads us into new seasons because He knows we’ve outgrown the old ones. Beginning again doesn’t mean you lost everything. It means you’re carrying wisdom, experience, and a deeper understanding of who you are.

Starting over is a reminder that God still has more for you. More growth. More peace. More purpose.

So if life has shifted under your feet, keep moving. Keep trusting. Keep walking toward what’s next. You’re not starting from zero — you’re starting from strength.
